Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure why that is appearing to be honest with you, but updating the PHP version would be the first place to start. Doesn’t your hosting company offer PHP 7.4 or higher? You could verify that debugging is turned off on your installation as well: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

Thanks for the update. Those are the only options available in the theme at the moment. The Custom Elements are probably what I would recommend that you go for, even though you can’t create whole sections. But it’s easy enough save all the elements you need, and then drag them to the layout. You could also create a page for the content which you want to repeat, then simply copy the shortcodes in that page to where you want the content. You will need to enable debug mode if you want to see shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode

Sorry for the problem. This problem seems to only occur on sites where the sidebar name is translated, please try replacing enfold\includes\admin\register-widget-area.php with this file: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_9_2/includes/register-widget-area.php

We have uploaded a new version (4.9.2.1) to Themeforest already, and it should be available within a few hours.

Thanks for the update. I see the same problem when I try to login to your site, but it works the second time for some reason. I can’t see any error messages, the second time, so it’s difficult to know what is causing it the first time unfortunately. Do you have server logs which you could share with us? Also, does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins? You could also try to activate the parent theme, in order to check if the problem is coming from the child.

Your problem seems to be caused by caching, since it’s not happening when logged in, only when logged out. Please try clearing all caches on the site, and temporarily deactivate file compression under Enfold->Performance, if necessary. If that doesn’t help, then please deactivate your caching plugin.
