Hi,
Thanks for that. I’m not sure what is causing that to happen unfortunately, but I’ve added some custom CSS for you in Quick CSS:
.single-post .hw-footer-columns { margin-top: -12px; }Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Matt,
The SG Optimiser was causing that. I’ve turned off file compression under Performance in the theme for you, and it’s working as it should now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jean-Christophe,
You will need to replace header.php and footer.php in your child theme after you have updated to the latest version of the theme. After that, you can move the customisations back in to the same files.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Following what I wrote above is likely your easiest option. You can use the WooCommerce elements in the Plugin Additions tab in the Layout Builder in order to display your products.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1200px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that the server is returning a 403 (forbidden) error when trying to save the theme options. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they know why that is please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Is the tracking code working as it should now then?
Best regards,
RikardHi Jonas,
Since the element height is set at a specific height, it’s difficult to get the text responsive without additional CSS. Which text in specific do you want to adjust, and for which screen sizes?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It looks like you have selected for that menu to be a mega menu under Appearance->Menus?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. So I take it that you want to build a shop page using the Layout Builder? If so, then you can, but you have to select a different page as your default shop page in the WooCommerce settings.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure how we can reproduce the LayerSlider problem, could you try to explain that a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Winter,
I’m seeing the same thing on my end unfortunately. I’ll notify our developers about this, we’ll report back once we have a fix for it.

Please refer to this on how to register your theme license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardHey justdima,
The shop page cannot be edited with the Layout Builder, that is why it’s disabled.
If you need further help with the LayerSlider problem, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know how to reproduce the problem.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried adding coordinates manually to a Maps element on a test page, and that seems to be working as it should. I can’t see any error messages either, which is a bit strange. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins?
Best regards,
RikardHi Salvatore,
Great, I’m glad that you found the problem. We can’t debug unsupported third party plugins unfortunately, could you try reaching out to the plugin authors for further support please? You could also try looking for an alternative plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHey Claudia,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.html_header_top.html_bottom_nav_header #header_main_alternate .main_menu { float: none; }Best regards,
RikardApril 4, 2022 at 9:15 am in reply to: new version of enfold broke site with Events Calendar Pro #1347102Hi Paul,
Which version did you update from? The support period is only valid for 6 months, after that it has to be renewed.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It looks like the staging site has the default layout, and the live site has been customised in some way. How exactly did you customise the live site? You might have overridden the default WooCommerce template, or altered it with one or more plugins?
You can check the default layout on the demo page in private, it looks very similar to your staging site. https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-shop/checkout/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure to be honest with you, but it might be your security plugin which is blocking the traffic. Could you try to install and configure this plugin, to see if that works better please? https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
