Hey angereichert,
It might be possible to alter that with CSS, but it might be easier if you duplicate the section in question, then add an image which is better adapted to mobile screens in the new section. You can select on which screen sizes you want to show each section in the element options.

RikardHey envisageiam,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

RikardHi Julio,
I simply add the icon I want to a layout using the Icon element, then inspect the code in my browser on the front end. You need to replace this part of the source code to where you want to add it:
data-av_icon=""Best regards,

Thanks for the update, and for sharing the response from the plugin developers. I checked your site again, and it looks like it’s working as it should now?

RikardHey graficaN3,
I’m not sure what you are looking to achieve, could you try to explain your intentions a bit further please? If you have a screenshot or mockup highlighting what you would like to change, then please share that with us.

Please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can try the CSS out for ourselves.

RikardHi,
First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version? If that doesn’t help, then please try activating the parent theme, in order to check if the problem is coming from your child.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We try to help out as much as we can, but it looks like the plugin is altering the markup quite a lot. I think the plugin developers should be able to provide you with better help than us in this case.

RikardHey dondela,
Please try this in the phone number input box:
<div style="margin-right: 10px;"><a href="tel:123456789">[av_font_icon icon='ue854' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' size='12px' position='left' color='' link='' linktarget='' sonar_effect_effect='' sonar_effect_color='' sonar_effect_duration='1' sonar_effect_scale='' sonar_effect_opac='0.5' animation='' id='' custom_class='' template_class='' element_template='' one_element_template='' av_uid='av-l1njjt67' sc_version='1.0' admin_preview_bg=''][/av_font_icon] 123456789</a></div><div><a href="mailto: (Email address hidden if logged out) ">[av_font_icon icon='ue805' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' size='12px' position='left' color='' link='' linktarget='' sonar_effect_effect='' sonar_effect_color='' sonar_effect_duration='1' sonar_effect_scale='' sonar_effect_opac='0.5' animation='' id='' custom_class='' template_class='' element_template='' one_element_template='' av_uid='av-l1njjt67' sc_version='1.0' admin_preview_bg=''][/av_font_icon] (Email address hidden if logged out) </a></div>Best regards,

RikardHi,
I can see the problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce it on a test installation. We haven’t had any other reports of this problem on other customer sites either, so chances are it’s local to your site.
If updates are not coming through, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve set for your menu not to be Mega Menus under Appearance->Menus. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try this CSS instead:
.elektrischladen .avia-menu-text { color: green; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Try this CSS instead:
.av-submenu-container { border-bottom-style: none; border-bottom-width: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHi Dimitris,
Did you activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. Does it work properly if you deactivate Imagify? If so, then you might want to reach out to their developers to see why the default theme functionality is not working because of their plugin.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Try this CSS as well:
.av-submenu-container { border-bottom-width: 0; }Best regards,
RikardApril 6, 2022 at 11:16 am in reply to: Password protected pages redirect to 404 "not found" #1347393Hey Marcel,
I can’t reproduce this problem using the latest version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then try activating one of the default WordPress themes, to see what happens then. You could also try deactivating all plugins.

RikardApril 6, 2022 at 10:23 am in reply to: Besoin d'informations sur les section à onglets et les contenus onglets #1347387Hi,
There are no html files generated for pages or posts, WordPress uses templates to generate the content. Styling comes from different locations, both from core theme files, and from page/post specific files. If you have file compression active, then all theme styling will be added to one file.
Going back to the previous photo, where can I find the line of code that interests me in the files of my site via filezila? And how do I know by going through the chrome browser allowing me to see the code, in which file are the different elements located?
For example, if I want to see the .html and .css file of a product page, where can I find it in Filezila?
Products work the same way as pages and posts, they are generated by templates. You can find the styling for all elements everywhere, if you inspect them in your browser. If you edit styling in core theme or plugin files, then those edits will be overwritten on updates. It’s much easier if you simply override it from Quick CSS or a custom stylesheet.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try changing this:
.single-product .single-product-summaryTo this:
.single-product .product_cat-MaxiSys .single-product-summaryBest regards,
