RikardApril 15, 2022 at 11:36 am in reply to: Anzahl Portfolios im Dashboard // Number of portfolios in the dashboard #1348495Hey solf,
Please click Screen Options in the top right hand corner of the screen on the overview page. You can set the number of items in the Number of items per page: box.

RikardHi Chiefi,
You can upload screenshots to a multitude of services; Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur, Snipboard are a few of them. You can then link to your screenshots here.
The page you linked to is password protected, so we can’t view it for now.

RikardHi TRISTON,
It looks like you have purchased support extensions? If that is the case, then please try using the purchase code you got with the theme license instead. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Thanks for that. I see that it’s working on some pages, but not on others. It’s not working on the home and the news page for example, but it is working on search result pages. Please try removing all customisations, then add them back one by one, to see which one is causing this problem. We haven’t given you any CSS which would only apply on some pages.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why JetPack would override that, but I’m glad that you found the problem at least. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
I’m not sure to be honest with you, but you can see that the resource which is overriding the default theme styling is being served via a CDN in the screenshot in private. Maybe could be coming from a plugin?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You could turn off the CDN, so that we can see where the CSS is coming from. Or you could override the override, by adding this to Quick CSS:
p { margin: 0.85em 0 !important; }Best regards,

RikardHi,
It looks like you are overriding the default paragraph margin of the theme, that is why there are no margins. I can’t tell you where the CSS is coming from unfortunately, since the resources on your site are being served via a CDN.

RikardHey Don Francis,
Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in your child theme? If so, then please replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that.

RikardApril 14, 2022 at 3:53 pm in reply to: Change font heading full screen slider to local font & font size main menu links #1348417Hi,
You have set them to 18 pixels in advanced styling, and that is what I’m seeing on the front end as well. Are you checking in incognito or private browser windows? If not, then please try that out.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can use custom media queries to target specific screen sizes: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8271493/css-media-query-to-target-ipad-and-ipad-only#9504571

RikardHey whdsolutions,
I can’t reproduce that problem on a test installation, so it’s likely not a theme problem. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I cleared the cache from your caching plugin, and that seems to have helped. Please review your site, and make sure to check it in an incognito or private browser window.

The burger menu and search works fine on my end, how can we reproduce what you are seeing on your end? Also, the CSS I gave you applied to all screen sizes 1024 pixels wide and below, are any of your devices wider than that? If so, then you can simply adjust the media query.

RikardHi,

You can upload Google fonts under Enfold->Import/Export, then you can set the heading to use that font under Enfold->Advanced Styling. If you want to use the font you uploaded, then you would need custom CSS.

RikardHi Design,
It looks like the Layout Builder is not active for the post type you are using, please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#alb-for-any-post-type

RikardHi,
It looks to be inside a media query. Please try placing it outside that, without any media query.

RikardHey djsmbd,
Could you post a link to where we can see the form in question please?
Best regards,
RikardHey djsmbd,
You won’t have to replace those files on the next update. We rarely change the structure of header.php and footer.php.
Best regards,
