Hi,
Thanks for that. It looks like you are not running Enfold on your site, please try reaching out to the developers of the theme you are running instead.
Best regards,

You would likely need different CSS on small devices, but the desktop layout might not work very well on mobile? If you need further help, then please post a link to where we can see the results you are getting, and let us know what you would like to change.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It’s working on my end, but that is likely because I have the font in question installed locally. I checked on a test site, it’s working as it should there, and the call to Google fonts is made. I don’t see the same call being made on your site though, does it make any difference if you remove the password protection?
Best regards,
RikardHey Stefano,
Are you overriding header.php or footer.php in a child theme? If so, then please replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that.
Best regards,
RikardHey smartsector,
That ID should only be added once by the theme. If you need further help, then please link directly to the page which you are testing.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
CSS code will likely not cause problems like blank pages, maybe it was something else that you might have added recently?
Best regards,
RikardHey Diana,
Please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

Please try this instead:
.single-post #commentform input { border-color: #000 !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey Ric,
Thanks for the login . I’m only seeing a 500 internal server error when trying to edit a page on your site, and that doesn’t really give any clues as to what could be going wrong. Could you share server error logs with us please? You could try to deactivate all plugins, or reinstall the theme, to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,

RikardApril 20, 2022 at 4:50 pm in reply to: URL physically appearing in Textbox after adding link to another page #1348946Hi Alan,
I’m not sure exactly what you have done before, but it sounds like you have always added a text link, and that should not add a link to images. I fixed the Tea Towel alignment, your markup was a bit different in that text block, compared to the others.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mahmoud,
If you are using the Layout Builder, then there’s no automatic way of doing that. But you could use a Special Heading element on top of each page or post for example, and set it to use the h1 tag in the element options.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you are referring to file compression, then that can be turned off under Enfold->Performance. You can also activate the option to delete old CSS and JS files on the same page.
Best regards,
RikardHi Michaela,
Which settings exactly are not applying? You haven’t set any sizes other than standard for all the headers in the Typography section. I see that you have added some custom CSS in Quick CSS as well, and that is applying to your h6 on the front page for example:
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { h1 { font-size: 38px !important; } h3 { font-size: 18px !important; } h4 { font-size: 40px !important; } h6 { font-size: 55px !important; } }If you use important in your CSS statements, then that will override the theme settings.
Best regards,
RikardHey liseunderwater,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#av_product_description .av-parallax { transform: translate3d(0px, 190px, 0px); } #av_product_description { height: 240px; min-height: 240px; }Best regards,
