Hey Claudia,

Thanks for the login details. You can set different font sizes for different screen sizes for most elements under Enfold->General Styling->Typography, could you try changing the default values to your liking there please?

Hi PJ,

You can always download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account. You should be getting updates on the backend as well though, please refer to this if you haven’t registered your theme license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Hi,

Thanks for that. Please try to disable file compression under Enfold->Performance. That in combination with SG Optimiser is the likely cause of your problem.

Thanks for the update. We didn’t activate the parent, if you want to activate the child theme again, then you can do so under Appearance->Themes.

I checked your site in mobile emulation using Chrome, but I can’t see any problems there. Is this problem only reproducible on actual devices? If you could share a screenshot of the problem, and let us know how to reproduce it, then that would be helpful.

Thanks for the update. I added your API key to the theme option, then I added some test coordinates to the map on your contact page. I get the error message in private after that, it looks like something might be wrong with which URL is allowed to use the key?

Hey tomer oz,

You can always download the latest version of the theme from your Themeforest account. The update to 4.9.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

We can’t know what’s included in that file, since it’s coming from what looks to be a caching plugin. If there are theme resources in that file, then they are needed for your site to look the way it does though.
