Thanks for the update. The screenshot you posted is not working, please check.

The likely problem here is the content in the element which are not working, since everything is working after I duplicated the working one on the test page. This is not a general theme problem, so there’s no code fix for this unfortunately. And it’s not happening on every element, since some are working, like the button I duplicated on the test page.

If you want to investigate this further, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider to check why the server is responding with a 403 forbidden error on some of the elements.

I’m getting different results depending on if I’m logged in or not. It works when logged in, but not when logged out. That would indicate a problem with caching, since caching plugins won’t show cached content for logged in users. I’m not sure how to completely clear the cache from your site/plugin, but your hosting provider or the plugin developers might be able to help you out with that?

Thanks for using Enfold. A theme license is valid for life, updates don’t end the initial support period. We don’t have any way of knowing which licenses you have used on which sites unfortunately, I would recommend that you keep a record of that somewhere on your local machine for example. For the sites which are not receiving updates, please try to install and configure this plugins, to see if that helps: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
