Thanks for that. The Preview function in WordPress doesn’t always parse the theme shortcodes correctly unfortunately, and that seems to be the case with the Portfolio item in question. I’m not sure why that is, but you could try removing elements which might contain special code or similar on the page in private. Also, why do you need the preview functionality, if the post is already published?

I cleared the cache from your caching plugin again, and that seems to have helped. Could you check and verify on your end as well please? Try using an incognito or private browser window, if you can’t see any difference.

I see that you are running a very old version of the theme, and the update to 4.9.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for the login details. If you want to try the new version out, then you can upload it to a separate folder so that you can activate the old version if you should run into problems. If you need further help with updating, then please share FTP login details with us as well.

Did you register your theme license, and did you add a token to the backend? If not, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Thanks for that. The problem seems to go away when the parent theme is active. Could you try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see what is causing this to happen please?

If things works as they should after clearing the cache, then you are likely getting cached result prior to that. If you need further help, then please post a link to where we can see the actual problem.

Thanks for the clarification. I see the problem on your site, I can’t reproduce it on a test installation though. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins, or activate the parent theme?

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I understand your last question, could you try to ask it in a different way please? If you want to check the elements with the flex_column class, then please inspect the site in your browser, then search for the class in question.

The primary colour is set to black in the theme options, so the rendering seems to be correct. Are you specifying that text to be white some place else?
