Great, I’m glad that we could help. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m checking in Chrome, and it’s working as it should there. You can upload screenshots to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur.com or similar, then link to them here.
Best regards,
RikardHey TrevorMF,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
If you haven’t registered your theme license, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

RikardMay 29, 2022 at 10:46 am in reply to: Footer and header influence each other and socket edition #1353323Hi,
Since you have selected to use a page to display your footer, you will have to edit the content in that specific page. If you want a regular footer instead, then you can make the necessary adjustments under Enfold->Footer.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Could you share a screenshot highlighting the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Which menu items are you trying to rename, and what exactly is not working? If you could share a screenshot highlighting the problem, then that would be helpful. Also please share WordPress login details in private, so that we can try to change the menu items for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The body font seems to be working as it should, but the header font is not. First of all, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m still not sure I understand the problem though, then pages you linked to are looking fine on my end, both on the front and backend. Could you share screenshots highlighting the problem you are seeing on your end please? You could also try using a different browser, to see if that changes anything?
Example : go on the first page linked in the private content, click on the 3 boxes of this page and you will arrive on 3 pages, only 1 of these 3 pages work correctly
I hope I explain myself well, sorry it’s not easy to explain, you have to see the difference between connected with the login to WP and without the connection to WPThis seems to be working as it should when I check it as well.
Even the text font has changed
The font displayed on the front end seems to be corresponding with your theme settings as well.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, what is wrong with the page in private for instance? Please post a link directly to where we can see the actual problem you are having.

If it’s added in a child theme, then it should be safe. If it’s added in the parent theme, then it would have to be added back after the update. Please make sure to have backups of the site before you start updating.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that you are overriding header.php and footer.php in your child theme. Please replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need help with that, then please include FTP login details in private as well.
Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? There’s nothing in Enfold which would not show element based on browser language or location, or affecting third party plugin elements either.
Best regards,
RikardHi alejandroc109,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see the same thing on my end, but I can’t reproduce the problem on a test installation, and we haven’t had other users reporting it either. That means it’s likely due to something local on your site or server, exactly what that would be I can’t say unfortunately. I don’t think it’s much to worry about though, since they are only warnings, and doesn’t seem to be affecting any functionality on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Julian,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.9.2.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. I see that the automatic updates are not coming through on your installation, it might be due to your security plugin. Please try to install and configure this plugin to see if it works better: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

RikardHi,

RikardHi,
There’s not much to look into unfortunately, since a 500 internal server error is very general. It basically means that something went wrong, but doesn’t specify what. Do you have server error logs which you could share with us maybe? That might reveal something more interesting.
Best regards,
RikardHi Anna,
It loads fine on my end. We don’t have any staff on location in Mexico unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Those details are not working unfortunately, please check and verify.
