Hi,
Thanks for that. Appearance->Theme Editor is turned off on your installation, maybe from your security plugin. Please activate that option, or post cPanel login details, we might be able to create a FTP account there.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So the site breaks after you have updated? Could you try copying the site to a staging server, then perform the update there first please?

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Could you try to upgrade the account you gave us to have administrator rights please? We would appreciate FTP login details as well, if that would be possible.
Best regards,
RikardHey ibrahimsyed132755,
Are you overriding header.php or footer.php on a child theme? If so, then please try to replace those files with the parent theme files, then add your customisations back in after that.

RikardHi,
Is the theme updated or not? It’s likely that your security plugin is blocking the check from the theme.
The 500 internal server error seems to not be related to the theme. If you need further help with that, then share server error logs with us.

RikardHi,

Your container width is set to 1310 pixels:
.responsive .container { max-width: 1310px; }So I’m not sure I understand what you mean. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. That page loads, but only the header and title bar. There are no error messages either which could indicate what is going wrong. If you have a recent backup, then I would recommend that you revert to that.
Best regards,
RikardHey Eline,
This CSS seems to be causing that:
.sub-menu { max-width: 145px; border: none !important; }Did you add that? If so then please try to alter it. If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can create a new account first, with administrator rights. After that you delete the old account, and you will get an option there to assign all content to another user. After that you can delete the old account, and change the details of the new account.

Try this instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { h2.avia-caption-title { font-size: 40px !important; } }Best regards,

I’m not sure that fully understand the problem you are having, could you post a screenshot highlighting it please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The account still doesn’t have administrator rights though, so we can’t change anything on your installation. If you want to have a go yourself, then please replace /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow/slideshow.js, with this file: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_5_0/template-builder/slideshow/slideshow.js. If you need help with that, then please upgrade the account to have administrator rights, and include FTP login details as well.

Thanks for that. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey fanlokbun,
I can’t load the site at all, it’s only displaying a blank white page. Maybe you could try restoring a backup?

Your can use custom CSS for that if you like. Let us know which pixel sizes you would like to use, and on which screen sizes.

RikardHi,
Your site looks fine on my end, did you manage to get it working? Adding a token to the backend of your site should now crash it. If you need further help, then post admin WordPress login details in private and share the token you are trying to use.
