Hi,

Thanks for the update. How can we check and verify the behaviour you are describing? There is no functionality in the theme which would conditionally load or not load images in sliders depending on if a user is logged in or not.

Thanks for that. The FTP login details are working, but I’m not sure in which folder the site installation is located? Please make sure that you have backups of the site as well, before we start making any changes.

Hi,

Thanks for that. The problem does not occur when logged in, only when logged out of WordPress. That is an indicator that the problem is cache related, since caching plugins generally don’t load cached content to logged in users. I’m not sure what could be the problem in your particular plugin, but maybe a reset or temporary deactivation would set things straight?

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Is it ok if we deactivate plugins temporarily for debugging purposes? You might want to copy your site to a staging site, if you don’t want to risk any downtime for your live site. Also please share FTP login details with us, so that we can try to upload a fresh copy of the theme for you.

1 and 2: the screenshot is not working, please link to a working one.

3. There is CSS applying from the file I referred to before, and that is not created by the theme. If you need further help, then please turn off the functionality which is creating that file, so that we can check where the actual CSS is coming from.

4. Please try to be a bit more specific as to what you want me to elaborate on.

Thanks for that. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins temporarily? You could also try a different, higher PHP version, to see if that changes anything. Also make sure that debug mode is not turned on: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/

Hi,

If you want to set general font sizes for headings, then you can do so under Enfold->General Styling->Typography. If you are referring to the captions in the Full Width Easy slider on your front page, then you can set font sizes for each screen size if you click in to each slide, then change the font sizes in the Styling->Font Sizes tab.

Thanks for reaching out to us. To say that Enfold is slow simply because it’s a premium or multi purpose theme is simply not true, load speed depends on your content and server configuration, more than anything else. We’re always trying to improve the theme, and load speed is included in that.

Thanks for the update. I can see the problem on my end as well now, I likely didn’t click the Apply button after I entered the code previously. I see the error message that you referred to previously, but I can’t see any error messages in the browser console though, so there are no clues as to what could be causing this problem unfortunately. Do you have server error logs which you could share with us?

About the checkout page you linked to; what exactly are we supposed to do with that?

We’re suspecting that something might have changed in regards to checking for updates from Envato. We’re not sure exactly what it is though, be we’re going to investigate if there’s something that we can or need to change in our implementation.
