RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It looks like you have the same ID for all the sliders on the first page, is that intentional? ID’s are supposed to be unique per page, could you try to remove them to start off with please?

Thanks for the clarification. I can’t see the problem on my end using Chrome, does it go away if you try using a different browser, or use a private browser window?
Best regards,
RikardHi Matt,
As far as I know, this is not really an error, it’s only WordPress letting you know that it couldn’t write the changes you made to the file in question. Please try to add your code using FTP instead.
If you should have problems with the code, then make sure that all your quotes are “straight” ones, like @guenni007 pointed out. But then again, if the code works on your staging site, then it should work on your live site as well.

Thanks for the login details. Please enable debug mode so that we can change the shortcodes for you: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We haven’t been able to reproduce this problem, and we haven’t had any other reports of this happening to other users either. The next time this happens, could you try loading the site in a private or incognito browser window to see if that helps?

RikardJune 30, 2022 at 9:50 am in reply to: Footer Changes + Failed to initialize plugin: avia_builder_button #1356916Hi Tim,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure exactly how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end, what type of changes are you making to the footer? And after that, do you simply edit the page in question, and the warning will appear after that?
Best regards,
RikardHi Brian,
Thanks for using Enfold. It’s unfortunately very difficult to get background images to look exactly the same on all types of screen formats. Maybe you could try to duplicate the slider in question, then use an image which is better adapted to mobile screens in the new slider? You can then select on which screen sizes your sliders should be visible on in the element options->Advanced->Responsive.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I changed the last picture of a woman climbing some trees, so that the picture with some deers is last, and that seems to have worked. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps? You might also want to consider a different way of presenting those picture, since you currently have more than 300 in there at the moment.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried saving the theme options, but I can’t see any problems on the front end after that. How can we reproduce the problem which you are seeing on your end?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I get the feeling that something is wrong with you WooCommerce installation, did you try activating one of the default WordPress themes to see if the same problem happens then?

RikardJune 29, 2022 at 12:45 pm in reply to: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! #1356849Hi Sven,
You should be able to use the theme token in the plugin as well, please try that out. If that shouldn’t work, and you still can’t get the necessary details, then please try to update manually via FTP until your contact person is available again: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install

RikardHi,

The error message in Mikes screenshot is not there anymore on either of your sites, why that is I can’t say unfortunately.
The problem is there when not logged in yes, but like I wrote before, there’s nothing in the theme which would conditionally load images based on the user being logged in or not. That is typical caching plugins behaviour though, since they won’t display cached content to logged in users. Maybe you could try reaching out to the plugin developers for further help?
Best regards,
RikardHi Vera,
I tried updating the product in private, but that seems to be working as expected. Which product are you editing, and what exactly are you doing in order to get the error message which you posted?
Best regards,
RikardHey Thomas,
Thanks for your suggestions. We have added your points to our development plan. They will likely not be added at the same time though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. I see the same thing on my end, most warnings seems to be coming from the plugin. Like this for example:
[26-Jun-2022 21:12:59 UTC] PHP Warning: implode(): Invalid arguments passed in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pmpro-multiple-memberships-per-user/pages/checkout.php on line 48
PHP warnings shouldn’t cause a problem like the one you are having though. Warnings are usually just that, warnings. They shouldn’t really affect any functionality in general.
I do see a fatal error coming from the plugin as well though:
[27-Jun-2022 19:13:53 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function pmpro_recaptcha_get_html() in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/pmpro-multiple-memberships-per-user/pages/checkout.php:561
It seems to be generated by the page you are having problems with. We can’t really debug this unfortunately, but maybe it’s something you could pass onto the plugin developer?
Best regards,
RikardHey imJas,
I’m not sure I fully understand the problem you are having, could you post a screenshot highlighting it please?
Best regards,
