Hey Prism4,
I’m not sure if this problem is theme related, does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes?
Best regards,
RikardHi Dietmar,
Thanks for reaching out to us. There’s nothing like that in our theme by default unfortunately, but maybe there are plugins which would implement such functionality for you?
Best regards,
RikardHey Pierre,
Thanks for the login details. It looks like the home page is not set correctly on the staging site, did you check the theme settings for that? If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private for your live site as well.
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. I’m still seeing the same behaviour as both me and Mike pointed out before though. The link redirects to the URL Mike posted in private, and there’s no content on the page.

RikardHi,
1. I fixed the footer for you.
2. The same message appears when a default WordPress theme is active, so it’s not theme related.
Best regards,
RikardHey elenigram,
Thanks for the login details.
Footer; Please try to replace header.php in your child theme with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that.
Header; Did you try the suggestions listed in the article you linked to?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The URL you posted is not working, please check. If you have a screenshot highlighting the problem, then that would be helpful.

RikardHey InSilentio,
Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having?
Best regards,
RikardHey InSilentio,
I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions, could you post a screenshot highlighting what you would like to achieve?
Best regards,
RikardHey InSilentio,
Do you have file compression active on the development site? If so, then that might be the problem. If you need further help, then post links to both development and live site, so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having?

Thanks for the update. Applying a background colour to elements should not shift anything, could you add the code back and highlight the problem in a screenshot please?

Thanks for that. We need FTP login details as well though, the details you sent are for WordPress. You should be able to get FTP login details via your hosting platform administration. This article might help you out: https://dandelionmarketing.com/2019/11/find-ftp-login-godaddy/

Both methods should yield the same results, unless the code needs to be in a specific place before or after some other code.

You can try to see if it works in the Analytics field. If not, then try using the function instead.

Which version of the theme are you running? If it’s not 5.0.1, then please try updating to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
