Hi John,
I see that you are running the latest version of the theme already, and I can’t see any warnings on my end. Are you seeing them on the backend? If you should need any further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey pnamroud,
The theme adds dummy content to widgets if no custom content has been added. Please add your own widget content under Appearance->Widgets, and the content will update automatically.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve added some CSS for the slider captions in Quick CSS now, could you check to see if it works as you would expect it to now? After that we can move on to your other problems.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You can keep an eye out if the updates come through or not. If not, then the plugin is the solution we have to offer at the moment.

Great, I’m glad that you found the problem. Maybe there’s an alternative plugin which you could use instead?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It’s probably not generate correctly then, did you try following this? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
I’m not sure if what posted are login details, but we can’t login anyway since you didn’t post a URL to your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { #menu-item-search a { color: #fff; } }It’s not a bug, since the header has a background by default on mobile devices.
Your logo is already taking up all the space available until the search icon on mobile, so I’m not sure how it could get any bigger? The image you are using has a lot of white space on the top and bottom as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I checked both of those pages, but the Layout Builder is loading as expected on both of them on my end. The preview is working as it should as well. Could you try using a different browser to see if that helps? If not, then please try using a different network than you are currently on, if possible.
Best regards,
RikardHey Ramiro,
I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, where can we see and reproduce it? If you have a screenshot highlighting the problem, then please share that with us as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey Manuela,
Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .clmwho { margin-bottom: 0 !important; } }Best regards,

RikardHi thinkjarvis,
Thanks for the update. Do you have security plugins or firewalls on the sites where it’s not working?
Best regards,
RikardHey Tina,
That is default WordPress functionality, it’s not controlled by the theme. Maybe this will help you out? https://stackoverflow.com/questions/41022243/wordpress-how-do-i-customize-lost-your-password-text-on-login-page

RikardHey Alan,
There’s no functionality like that in the theme by default unfortunately, maybe you could try searching for a plugin? Something like this for example: https://wordpress.org/plugins/conditional-widgets/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.main_color tr:nth-child(odd) { background-color: red; } .main_color tr:nth-child(even) { background-color: yellow; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
First of all, did you register your theme license? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If the updates should not come through after properly registering your license, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
I’m not sure if Envato has any download limits, but if that is the case, then it’s not a theme problem. It would have to be raised at Envato support if you should need further clarification or help on that topic.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { .html_mobile_menu_tablet .header_color div .av-hamburger-inner, .html_mobile_menu_tablet .header_color div .av-hamburger-inner::before, .html_mobile_menu_tablet .header_color div .av-hamburger-inner::after, #menu-item-search a { background-color: #fff; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The Layout Builder seems to be working as expected on the page you linked on my end, is there anything in particular we need to do in order to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHey t1kim,
