Hi,
Thanks for the update. Are you saying that the Fullscreen font colour settings are not working? If so, then it might be because the styling on your site is being cached/minified by a third party plugin, please see private. Could you make sure that all caches are cleared from the plugin please? Also make sure to toggle the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Performance in the theme option. If clearing caches has not effect, then you might have to deactivate the plugin temporarily.
Best regards,

Thanks for that. Deactivating plugins didn’t change anything. I’m seeing this error message:
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #page=6Coming from the file in private. The file in question is not a theme file, so I’m guessing that it’s coming from your caching plugin. Why that file is creating the a jQuery problem I can’t say unfortunately, but it might be due to a menu item containing this: #page=6. I checked your menu items, but couldn’t find anything like that. Maybe you know where it’s coming from?

RikardHey emilconsor,
Thanks for the login details. I replaced header.php and footer.php in your child theme, and you footer is showing as it should after that. You can add your customisations in the new files.

Thanks for that. We can’t debug problems from screenshots only unfortunately, could you post a link to the actual page on your website?

Thanks for the login details. You are getting jQuery error on the page you linked to, but I’m not sure what is causing them. Would it be ok if we temporarily deactivate plugins for testing purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I see that you have added a custom class already, you can use CSS like this to only target that element:
.onglet-inclus .active_tab_content, .onglet-inclus .active_tab { background-color: red; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should have any further questions for us.

RikardHi,
No, it won’t act like a regular menu like I stated before. There’s no functionality in the theme to have more than one main menu unfortunately, though there might be plugins out there which could add such functionality to your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to install and configure this plugin to see if it works better: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Also please upgrade your PHP version to 7.4 or higher. The version you are currently running is not supported by the theme or WordPress itself.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So you don’t have access to the account which was used to purchase the theme license? If so, then I would suggest that you try reaching out to Envato/Themeforest support to see if they can help you out further. If not, then I would suggest that you purchase a new license.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It looks like the you have selected to not show the container which holds the contact forms on the first page on smaller devices, please check the element options.
You can place CSS in a media query for it to only apply on mobile devices:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { Your mobile specific CSS goes here }If you need further help with CSS, then please try to be a bit more specific.

RikardAugust 2, 2022 at 11:48 am in reply to: Changing the font weight of a single heading via CSS #1360287Hi,
Thanks for that. You should be able to use CSS like this:
.ueberschrift h2 { font-weight: 100; }But I see that the weight is not changing when I check it in the browser, does the font you are using support other weights?
Best regards,
RikardHi Michael,
Sorry for the problem. The theme version you are running is very old, could you try to update to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.1.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#nav_menu-2 li { display: inline-block; } #nav_menu-2 { text-align: right; top: -34px; right: 70px; }Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m still not sure how you are seeing those results though, could you try to explain that a bit further please? You can see what I’m seeing in full screen mode in Safari in the screenshot in private.

RikardHi,
1. Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
2. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.title_container { background-color: #f4ebdb; }Best regards,
RikardHey Jasmer,
I can’t see that happening on my end, could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can only see what seems to be a coming soon page though:
Noget spændende er på vej!
How can we access your actual site?
Best regards,
RikardHi Astrid,
The 404 screen seems to be a server error page, not a WordPress error page. You might want to reach out to your hosting provider, as it seems to be a problem with the server you are on. If you should need further help from us, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey freotech,
What exactly is poorly designed, and what would you like to change? You can find all documentation here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
