Hi Erin,
I’m not sure if I understand the problem, could you share screenshots highlighting it please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad to hear that everything is working as it should now. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
So you can’t select a PHP version higher than 7.0? If so, then I would consider changing your hosting provider, since that version is not supported by WordPress or Enfold.
If the automatic update is not working, and you can’t use the plugin, then you can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Which device and browser are you using? If you could share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end, then that would be helpful as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi Peter,
Did you check your settings in the Layout menu on each page? Look for the Title Bar Settings option.

Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working again. I’m not sure exactly why special characters like = characters are creating jQuery errors unfortunately, but they do for some reason. Are you ok with only using “regular” links in your menu?
Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can see the problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce it on a test site: https://wpexpert.se/enfold/product/test-product/, and the behaviour is exactly the same when using a default WordPress theme. Did you make sure to add the appropriate settings on the page in private?
Best regards,
RikardHey Sabine,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .av-share-box h5.av-no-toc { display: none; } }Best regards,

Here’s what I see in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari: https://snipboard.io/yZ8Pxe.jpg. The dot is not missing in any browser. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?

Thanks for the update. I tried logging into your site, but I’m seeing a 403 forbidden error after sending the login details. Are you blocking some IP ranges maybe? Also, which version of PHP are you running?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m seeing the problem on my end as well, but I haven’t been able to find a solution unfortunately. I’ve asked the rest of the moderators for help though, let’s hope they can find a solution.
Please reply once you have read this reply, so that your thread gets added back to our support queue.

Could you try to increase the PHP memory on your installation to see if that helps? https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/php-memory-limit/

Exactly, that’s actually how it’s supposed to work :-)
I can see why you thought it’s a bug though, I don’t particularly like the behaviour myself either.

RikardHi,
No, don’t change anything in the function except this text:
YOUR SCRIPT GOES HERE
Replace that text with the actual script.

RikardHey LesleyJean,
That is actually how it’s supposed to work, since the default setting in the Block Editor is full width mode. If you want to turn that off, then you can do it in the menu under the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Best regards,
RikardHey Raph,
I checked the product in private, but I can’t find the class you are referring to in there. Could you link to a page or product where we can see the actual problem please?

Thanks for the update. I’m still seeing jQuery error messages, but they are not as specific as before. Could you try to remove all the URLs in the menu with #page=number to see if that changes anything please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Alan,
I’m not sure I understand what you mean by that, could you try to explain your intentions a bit further please?
Best regards,
