Hi,

So you can’t select a PHP version higher than 7.0? If so, then I would consider changing your hosting provider, since that version is not supported by WordPress or Enfold.

If the automatic update is not working, and you can’t use the plugin, then you can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working again. I’m not sure exactly why special characters like = characters are creating jQuery errors unfortunately, but they do for some reason. Are you ok with only using “regular” links in your menu?

Thanks for that. I can see the problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce it on a test site: https://wpexpert.se/enfold/product/test-product/, and the behaviour is exactly the same when using a default WordPress theme. Did you make sure to add the appropriate settings on the page in private?

Hey LesleyJean,

That is actually how it’s supposed to work, since the default setting in the Block Editor is full width mode. If you want to turn that off, then you can do it in the menu under the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the screen.

Thanks for the update. I’m still seeing jQuery error messages, but they are not as specific as before. Could you try to remove all the URLs in the menu with #page=number to see if that changes anything please?

Hey Alan,

You can set that under Enfold->Main Menu->Separator Between Menu Items.

You can change the colour using this CSS:
```
.av_seperator_small_border .av-main-nav > li > a > .avia-menu-text {
  border-color: red; 
}
```
