Hi,
Thanks for the details. I tried uploading a fresh copy of the theme, but I didn’t make any difference unfortunately. Could you try using a different PHP version to see if that changes anything please? 7.4 for example.

Thanks for the update. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av-burger-overlay #av-burger-menu-ul li a { background: #fff; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m not sure to be honest with you. What type of device and browser are you checking on?
Best regards,
RikardHey cktanju,
Background elements are considered design elements, so they won’t show up as image elements in sitemaps. If you need further help with the Yoast SEO plugin, then please try reaching out directly to their support instead.

RikardHey Sabine,
The page you linked to results in a 404 error page, please check the URL.

RikardHey Sabine,
I’m getting a 404 error on the page you linked to, please check the URL. If you have a screenshot highlighting what you would like to adjust on mobile screens, then please share that with us as well.

RikardHey ik,
I can only see warnings when I check your site, please see screenshot in private. How can we get the results you are getting in the test?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHey Robyone925,
Could you please upload the screenshot to a service like Imgur or Snipboard? We can’t view it otherwise.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The login page is displaying an error message though, so it’s not possible to login.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, I’ve changed the settings for you in the first set of 1/2 elements. Please note that you need to open the first column in a row, and select Individually select position for each column under Row Settings->Row Screen Options, for the mobile position setting to work.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did you try to deactivate all plugins, then activate the theme?
Best regards,
RikardHey arnevanhoorn,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey FokeOne,
It’s difficult to help you out unless you give us something to work with. Do you have error logs to share with us for example? Which PHP version are you running? Did you try deactivating plugins? Are you running a child theme? If so, did you try deactivating that?

I can’t reproduce this problem, the Easy Slider 1500*430 setting is working as it should using Enfold 5.1.1: https://wpexpert.se/enfold/easy-slider/. If you should need any further help with this, please post a link to where we can see the actual problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Try this instead:
@media only screen and (min-width: 1200px) { .page-id-330 #av-layout-grid-2 .iconbox_top .iconbox_content { height: 370px !important; min-height: 370px; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried activating Enfold, but the site returns a critical error message. Do you have a backup which you could restore? Also, do you have server error logs which you could share with us?
Best regards,
RikardHi Tim,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHey Marina,
It’s probably better if you use the regular column elements instead then, since they will keep within the container bounds. The Grid Row element is a full width element.

No it doesn’t help unfortunately. I tried adding the code you posted on a test page, but it’s not displaying anything. Please check the page in private.

RikardHi,
Please see screenshot in private for what I’m seeing on my end. How can we reproduce the results you are getting on your end?

Thanks for that, I’m not exactly what we should do with that though? Wouldn’t it be easier if you could show us the actual problem?
Best regards,
RikardHi Chris,
Are you referring to the order in which the text and images appear on mobile? If so, then you can set the order for mobile in the element options. Check under Advanced->Responsive.
Best regards,
RikardHey tonyb47,
The update to 5.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
