It looks like you gave us login details to the live site, but linked to the staging site? The staging site has htaccess protection, please include details for that as well.

RikardHi,
First of all, please try to calm down a little bit. If you don’t understand something, then it’s better to ask. I’ve made a test page for you, so that you can see what happens when you add CSS inline. The first header is a copy from your site, the second one is a Special Heading element from the Layout builder, and I’ve specified font sizes for different screen sizes in the theme options:
https://wpexpert.se/enfold/header-test-page/
As you can see, your heading is displayed at 72 pixels on all screen sizes, since the inline CSS has priority over other CSS, unless you have added !important to it. And as far as I can see, you have not specified font sizes for any other screen size. Are you suggesting that we override the styling you have added yourself? If so, then even the 72 pixel setting which you have added, would not be respected.
About the paragraphs on the other two page; I can’t see that you have made any font size settings on either page. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further?
Best regards,
Rikard-

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .flex_cell.av-16do6c8-f1fb92f96cb985ed762e2e46a16b73b7 { vertical-align: top; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Reinhard,
That is not possible using the Enfold Contact Form element unfortunately. Please have a look for a dedicated contact form plugin instead, if you really need upload functionality.

Thanks for the update. I can only see 2 sub levels in your desktop menu, which menu item has 3 sub levels?

RikardHey Diana,
The screenshot is working, but the link you posted is not, please check the URL. I’m not sure that I fully understand what you are looking to achieve and on which screen resolutions, so if you could try to explain your intentions a bit further, then that would be appreciated.

Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old PHP version which is not support anymore, could you try upgrading your PHP version to 7.4 or higher, to see if that helps please?

RikardHey Sozo,
I’m not sure if I fully understand the problem you are having, but I’m guessing that you are referring to the page in private? If that is the case, then you have added the heading manually with the font size inline. Styling/CSS which is added inline will almost always override other CSS:
<h1 style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size: 72px;">Our Store Policies</span></h1>Maybe you could try using a Special Heading element instead?

RikardAugust 6, 2022 at 10:42 am in reply to: recapturing a web site we built withy a previous version of Enfold #1360891Hey juan sky,
I’m not sure that I understand exactly what you are asking here. Do you want to transfer your Wix site to WordPress and Enfold? If so, then that is not possible unfortunately. If you want to transfer an old WordPress/Enfold installation to a new server using the latest version of the theme, then that should likely not pose any problems, as long as you have access to the old site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I don’t have an iphone to test with myself, but I can ask the rest of the team to have a look as well, if you should want us to investigate this further.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes, I agree with you. The dragging problem in full width mode is a bug though, and we’re trying to find a solution for that. It will most likely be included in the next release of the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We’re not aware of any plugins like that unfortunately, but there are most likely solutions out there to find.
Best regards,
RikardHey Antonio,
This CSS is hiding it:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1270px) { #top #header .av-main-nav > li.menu-item { display: none!important; } }Did you add that? If so, then please try to remove it again. If you should need further, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi Josephine,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
h3.avia-form-success { color: #329c6b; font-family: 'ttnorms-light',Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; font-weight: 300; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working using 7.4. I’m not sure if we can offer a solution though, since it’s not a general problem with the theme. I’ve been running the theme on PHP 8.x.x for months now without any problems, both on local and live installations. Are you ok with 7.4 for now?
Best regards,
RikardHey mclweb,
What happens if you set the page you copied which worked, as you home page? If it still works after that, then you can simply delete the old page. If you need further help, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The page you linked to works, but the elements in your screenshots are not on the page. Could you link to where we can see the elements which are in your screenshots please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I had a look at the page you linked to on mobile, but I’m not sure I understand exactly what you would like to change. Could you share a screenshot highlighting the changes you would like to make please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Is your last question referring to the adding of external images, or the price ticker? I’m guessing there are plugins or third party code for displaying various prices, but not for adding images using external URLs unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#socket .copyright { padding-top: 5px; }Best regards,
RikardHey Angelo,
Which version of the theme are you running? Please make sure that it’s 5.1.1 first of all. There is a problem with dragging in full width mode in the current version, but it works as it should in “normal mode”. You can disable full width mode in the menu under the 3 dots in the top right hand corner of the screen.
Best regards,
