Hey covertsecurity,
Thanks for the login details. Where exactly are you seeing these problems? Did you try following the suggestions in the thread you linked to?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update and clarification. I updated the page in private a few times, but I can’t see any problems on my end. Do you have sure way of reproducing what you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I deleted that button, and everything seems to be working as it should on my end. Maybe there’s a problem with your local browser? You could try using a different one to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
In most cases you would want to enable file merging, as it will generate fewer theme files. If you should need any further help with this, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
No, it’s doesn’t seem to make much sense unfortunately. We’ll keep this thread open for you though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The site you linked to is not loading on my end, please check the URL and post again.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. If your staging site works as it should, then the reply from WPEngine makes no sense. Do you know if there are any big differences between the two sites? Did you try any general debugging on the live site, such as deactivating all plugins or activating the parent theme?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, we’ll try to add this feature in the near future.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So how does that explain the same error being there when Enfold is not active? This is very likely a local server or site problem, as we have had no other reports from other user having the same problem, and we can’t see it happening on any of our test installations.
I haven’t worked with WPEngine for a long while, but I remember it being easy to create staging/development sites using their hosting. Would you be able to add something like that which we could access? It would be great if it was a clean WordPress installation, without any plugins or themes.
Best regards,
RikardHey kMistDesign,
Did you turn on the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance?

Could you share the CSS you are using for mobile, and let us know exactly where you put it?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Best regards,
RikardHi,
We’re looking to implement a similar feature for the header as with the footer page feature in the future, I’m not sure when that will be available though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried deleting that buttons, but it’s still working on my end. Please see screenshot in private.

RikardHey enzowillemstad,
Please try to replace header.php in your child theme with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that.
About the 180px margin; where can we see the actual problem on your site?
Best regards,
RikardHi Peter,
Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element on your site please?
Best regards,
RikardHey limedrop,
Did you check your settings in the Responsive tab in the element options? If you need further help, then please post a link to where we can see the actual problem.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can use the theme without a child theme, although we recommend that you install a child theme to begin with, even if you think that it’s not needed. Using the theme options works exactly the same when using a child compared to using the parent theme.

RikardHi Franz,
Please try this in Quick CSS in order to hide the sub menu on mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .av-submenu-container { display: none; } }I’m not sure about your other question though. Are you looking to hide the burger menu on mobile too?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that Ismael could help you out. I’ll close this thread for now then,
please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.Best regards,

Where did you add the code with 130%? It looks like it’s added in the WordPress customiser?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
No, in the element option in the actual layout. Hover over the element, then click the pen+paper icon to bring up the element options.
Best regards,
RikardHey Tri,
You can add widgets to the header if you follow this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
Icons can be added by coping shortcode for example. Add the icons to an empty layout, then copy the shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode
Best regards,
RikardHi Randy,
Thanks for the update. We can’t give out individual discounts unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I saved the theme options again, and that seems to have helped this time too. The modal is not populating content on my end, please check on your end too.
Best regards,
RikardHey Randy,
Do you have access to the account which was used to purchase your theme license? If you don’t, and if you can’t get access to it, then I would recommend that you purchase your own license. Otherwise you will have this problem every time you need to update the theme, or access the theme files.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.
