Hey brandreach_at,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHey sensiblekaren,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.single-post #main h3 { text-transform: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I created another test page and copied the testimonials over manually, please see private. The text in private is what is causing the problem, I’m not really sure why though. Could you reach out to your hosting provider to see if some of the words in that text might be blocked by a firefall for example? This problem usually happens when that is the case, but I can’t find the words we have found to be problems before:
This is a rare case but if typing certain words, such as “get“,”include“, “select” or “head” in Text Block element breaks it after saving, there might be a modsec rule in firewall settings causing this issue.
Best regards,
RikardHey Sabine,
I’m not sure which these pages are on your actual site, could you link to an example page please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS as well:
.header_color .cart_dropdown_link { background-color: transparent; }If you have further questions then please open a new thread for each of them. Threads can get difficult to follow for both moderators and other users looking for help otherwise.
Best regards,
RikardHi Lisa,
Thanks for the login details. Does your site have a URL as well?
Best regards,
RikardHey Sabine,
Thanks for the screenshot. Where can we see the elements in question on your actual site?

RikardHey Highlander-2013,
Could you post a link to where we can see the element in question please? If you have screenshots highlighting the problem, then please share those with us as well.

Thanks for the clarification. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #footer div.first { margin-bottom: 0; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, and where exactly should this code go? If you don’t know, then please ask the authors of the code.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions, could you post a screenshot highlighting what you would like to change please?
About the image used when sharing; you can set that in an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO for example. The theme doesn’t have functionality like that by default.
Best regards,
RikardHi Waltraud,
That is the Caveat Google font. You can set that under Enfold->General Styling->Fonts.
Best regards,
RikardHey Julie,
Did you try to set Enfold->Footer->Footer Behavior to Sticky with Curtain Effect?
Best regards,
RikardHey Simon,
We can’t say if an update will break something unfortunately. Please try performing the update on a staging copy first. The update to 5.0 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that Mike could help you out. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Please check the screenshot in private, you can customise your settings if you edit the actual page in question.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHey Frank,
Download the theme files from your Themeforest account, then unpack them on your local computer. In the unpacked folder should be a file called enfold.zip, that is what you upload under Appearance->Themes in WordPress.
Here’s a tutorial which might help you out: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-install-a-wordpress-theme/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, the details you posted are not working though. Please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHey Samuel,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.avia_ajax_form p { margin: 0; }Best regards,
RikardHey kenschreck,
The first thing you should check is if the problem goes away when you update the theme, we can’t debug old versions of the theme unfortunately. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If the update should not help, then please explain how to reproduce the problem on your actual site.
Best regards,
RikardHi Florent,
That is likely happening because of html tags left open in your content, please try checking for anything like that. If you should need help with that, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

RikardSeptember 7, 2022 at 7:51 pm in reply to: enter into the "single product page template" edit with Advanced Layout Builder? #1364251Hi,
Those elements will appear if you have WooCommerce installed, you don’t need any additional plugins.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried logging into your site, but it’s asking for a 2FA code. I do see that you are still running an old version though. If the updates are not coming through via the theme backend, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHey John,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please let us know where we can see and reproduce the problem on your actual site.
Best regards,
RikardHey edgeofcinema,
There’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. Maybe you could find a plugin which would implement such functionality?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’ve enabled debug mode for you, and I created two test pages, please see private. On the first one I removed the testimonials code, and it’s working as you can see. I pasted the testimonials code in the second page, and it’s not working. Could you try recreating the testimonials on a new page? If you are are copy/pasting content from somewhere, the you might get unwanted content which might be causing this problem. So if you don’t absolutely have to, then please try to not to copy/paste content.
