Hi,

It’s possible to deactivate a plugin after activating it, which is what I did :-)

Please see screenshot in private for what I’m currently seeing on your site. Could you let us know exactly how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end please?

There can be problems with plugins on local sites, but there are no general incompatibility with the plugins you are using. You could try to temporarily deactivate all plugins though, to see if that changes anything.

Thanks for that. This is likely caused by a firewall blocking some words in your content:

This is a rare case but if typing certain words, such as “get“,”include“, “select” or “head” in Text Block element breaks it after saving, there might be a modsec rule in firewall settings causing this issue.

This is a security measure taken by hosting providers and it is not a theme issue. You can contact your hosting providers and ask them to whitelist those words and that should fix the issue.

I edited out the word get on the test page, and it’s working as it should after that.

Thanks for that. I’m seeing the same problem on my end, but I’m not sure what is causing the problem unfortunately. I see that you have published the page, so I’m not sure exactly why you need to use the Preview functionality? It’s safer to check on the actual published page in my opinion.

Hi,

I clicked on all the videos on the page in private, and they all work on my end. Is there a sure way of reproducing this problem? The theme doesn’t limit the amount of videos you can play, so I doubt that this is a theme related problem.

If you are getting different results in a normal versus private window, then that likely means that the problem you are seeing is local to your machine. Could you try clearing all caches, then restart the browser, to see if that helps? You could also try checking on a different machine.
