I’m not sure I understand your question, which images are you referring to? The theme doesn’t have any functionality for backing up images.

It’s part of debugging, since this is not a general theme problem. You should always keep backups of your site, in case something unexpected should happen.

Sorry about the problem. I’ve never heard of this happening to any of our customers before. Could you try replying to Themeforest why they are blocking your account? If they won’t enable your account again, then you might want to register a new one?

The latest version of Enfold is fully compatible with PHP 8. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual problem you are having please? You could update on a staging site first, if you have rolled back on your live site.

Hi,

Yes, I see that the styling is missing, but it seems to be working as it should at least. This is not a general theme problem, so it’s likely that something local on your site is causing it. What happens if you temporarily deactivate all plugins and custom code? If nothing changes, then please try to overwrite all theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account.

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.1.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.0 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Hi,

Thanks for that. I see that you are overriding header.php in your child theme, could you try replacing that with the parent theme file to see if that helps please? You can add your customisations back in after the file has been replaced.

Hi,

You can export your theme settings under Enfold->Import/Export, then import them again when the parent theme is active. Please try this if you want to test it yourself.

I see that your child theme is empty, so it’s likely that the problem is coming from somewhere else though. What happens if you temporarily deactivate all plugins?
