Hi,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHi rafaelmontilla,
I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.1.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHi Ralf,
It’s up to your which option you should chose, I can’t say which one is better unfortunately. If you should see any problems on your site, the there might be a conflict though. If that should happen, then you can check if the plugin or theme option works better.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .container .av-content-small, .responsive #top #wrap_all .flex_column, .responsive #top #wrap_all .av-flex-cells .no_margin { margin: 0 !important; width: 100% !important; } }If you should need further help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private.

RikardHey Lene,
This CSS seems to be causing that to happen:
.html_header_sticky #top .main_menu ul:first-child > li .sub-menu a { height: 32px !important; line-height: 32px !important; }Please try removing it to see what happens then. It looks like it’s added in the WordPress customiser.
Best regards,
RikardHey 4CConsulting,
Try removing your changes again, then add them one by one and check in between when things start breaking.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
As with any other update, you should have proper backups in place, and you can export your theme settings in the theme options. Try uploading the new version to a new folder first of all.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The Layout tab is displaying fine on my end, could you try using a different browser to see if that helps? If not, then pleas let us know how to reproduce the problem, and post a screenshot highlighting it.
Best regards,
RikardHey Lene,
7.3 is bundled with the latest version of the theme. If you are not seeing that version, then please update to version 5.1.2: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHey Alwin,
I don’t see any problem with that, as long as the code is working.

RikardOctober 7, 2022 at 12:27 pm in reply to: Übernahme von durch Agentur gekauftem Enfold Theme #1367943Hey Sascha,
Sorry for the problem. If you can’t get access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase your theme license, then you would have to buy another license. Otherwise you will have this same problem every time you need to update or access the theme files. Themeforest is the only place where you can purchase our theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHey karmenka,
Thanks for the login details. I toggled the CSS file compression option under Enfold->Performance, and that seems to have helped. Please review your site.

RikardHijosephmurphy,
The PHP ZipArchive Extension is deactivated on your server, please try to activate it to see if that helps. If you need help doing so, then please reach out to your hosting provider.

If you can’t access your Themeforest account, then please try reaching out to Envato support for further help.
