Thanks for that. I tried saving your front page, but the post slider is not disappering on my end. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem if you should need further help? Disappearing elements are due to open html markup in the content, but I couldn’t find any open tags on the page in question.

Thanks for the update. The link to the login page you sent results in a 404 page on my end, could you check again please?
About your problem; I’m seeing error message coming from the file in private, but I’m not sure if that is the cause. What happens if you deactivate the plugin in question?

I don’t think it’s a license problem, the likely problem is your security plugin. Could you try using the plugin to see if the updates come through there please?

If the updates are not coming through via the theme backend, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/

Thanks for the update. We can’t debug problems caused by third party code unfortunately, and if there are no error messages in the console, then there’s nothing for us to go by either. You could check the CSS in the file that you are importing for anything which might be conflicting though.

Thanks for the update. What was the original purpose of the code in question? Like I wrote above, it looks like the code is added in the WordPress customiser, not in the theme options.

Enfold is a theme, and Enfold 2017 is a demo included in the theme. That means that the demo included in the theme is 5 years old, not the actual theme. The actual theme receives regular updates which you can read more about here for example: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/changelog/. We are releasing new demos on a fairly regular basis, and you can view them all here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/

Enfold is fully compatible with both PHP versions you are referring to, so the problem you are having is likely local to your site. If you need further help, then we would need server error logs and access to your site. Also, did you try deactivating all plugins and any custom code you might have on the site?

The minimum recommended version to run WordPress on is 7.4. Enfold is fully compatible with that version, and versions above it. If you are not running version 5.1.2, then please update to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
