Hey Ryan,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#top #wrap_all .header_color .av-menu-button-colored > a .avia-menu-text { background-color: #edae44; color: #ffffff; border-color: #edae44; }Best regards,
RikardHey dtilley63,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you haven’t registered your theme license, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If the updates should not come through via the theme backend, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried logging into your site, but the details are not working. Please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHi ribit,
I would suggest that you reach out Envato support instead, as they should be able to check what is wrong with your tokens. We can’t do that for you unfortunately. I would suggest that you take a second look at the permissions though, since this is been working without any problems for the vast majority of our users.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you should still have problems after the second update, then please try downgrading your PHP version to 8.0 for example, to see if that makes any difference.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for letting us know, I’ll close this thread for now then. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi StylePerDayTeam,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

RikardHey Stefan,
It’s not possible to edit the default WooCommerce shop page with the Layout Builder unfortunately. But I guess that you could design your own page, then set it as the shop page in the WooCommerce options?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you are looking to activate the mobile menu at an earlier point, then please try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1385px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,

I’m not sure I fully understand your intentions, but there’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. Maybe you could try looking for a plugin which would implement the functionality you are looking for?
Best regards,
RikardHey AuroraArcus,
I’m not sure exactly what you are referring to, but you can make different settings in the element options. For example under Content->Map Settings, and Styling->Color Saturation.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got things working, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. There are no header options which would create a header exactly like on your example site unfortunately, and creating that from scratch would be out of scope of theme support. We could try to help you out if you run into problem while customising the header though. If you should need help with that, then please link to the new site as well, so that we can have a closer look at it.

Thanks for the update. If you can solve this by yourself, then that would likely be the best solution. We might be able check this for you, but it would likely take a very long time, since it wouldn’t be a high priority. The reason being that it’s no a supported plugin, and very few users actually use it. We would also likely have to spend a lot of time on setting up test installations to first of all reproduce the problem, then hopefully find the cause of it. The latter might turn out to be difficult though, since there aren’t any error messages which point to an actual file or similar. These tests would be necessary, since we can’t really say if this really is a theme or plugin problem at this point, or maybe a local problem specific to your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you found the cause of the problem, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.

I’ve added it for you, and it’s working. Please review your site.

RikardHi,
You have set a -200 pixel top margin to the columns which contain the icons, that why that happens.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure how it happened, but your themes folder seems to be full of things which shouldn’t be there. Could you restore a backup from a point before this happened please? I can update manually for you after that.
The Envato Market plugin will list your Envato markets purchases, and you can update them from the plugin as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey Tilman,
Could you post screenshots highlighting the problems please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Illingco,
It uses a background image for the stars, but the image doesn’t seem to exist at that location. Did you set this manually yourself? If not, then could we see what it’s supposed to look like somewhere?
Best regards,
RikardHey LentzOtto,
You can import the parent theme settings under Enfold->Import/Export when you have activated the child. Also make sure that you turn on the option to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, if things still should look broken after that. Also try to change a setting in the theme options, then save in order to regenerate CSS files.
If you need further help, then please check the login details you posted, as they are not working.

RikardHi,
If you are looking to change the menu colour in the transparent state, then please check under Enfold->Header->Transparency Options.
You can change your typography settings under Enfold->General Styling->Typography.

RikardNovember 4, 2022 at 3:52 pm in reply to: WooCommerce/WooCommerce Bookings issues after updating, JavaScript error #1371357Hi,
Thanks for the update. So what happens if you only update the theme, and leave the plugins at their current versions?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 4, 2022 at 3:49 pm in reply to: Supress the https://mywebsite.com/?avia_forced_reroute=1 #1371353Hey jb84,
Please check your settings on the start page of the theme options, look for Custom Error 404 Page. If one is not selected there, then try activating each other option and make sure that no page is selected, then change your setting back to what it was before.

Please try to install and configure this plugin instead, to see if the updates comes through there: https://envato.com/market-plugin/. An automatic update will only update your parent theme, not the child.

Saving the theme options is working fine on both sites on my end, did you manage to find a solution?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and sorry for this situation. I would advise that you try to publish your page privately instead, and update the front end, instead of using the preview functionality.
We’ll keep this thread open in case you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
