NikkoHi LMDA07,
Go to Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS, then add this css code:
#top.home #after_submenu_1 .av-alb-blogposts span.av-vertical-delimiter { display: none; } #top.home #after_submenu_1 .av-alb-blogposts h2.post-title.entry-title { margin-bottom: 0; padding-bottom: 0; }
Best regards,
NikkoHi,
Since you said it’s a theme issue, can you tell us if there’s a demo and the name of the demo that shows this huge gap?
This is the default shop page in the demo: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/shop/
I can’t see any huge gap.Best regards,
NikkoHi LMDA07,
We would be glad to help you with this customization, but at the moment there is no easy way to do this by using a small custom code snippet, so I am afraid it’s out of the scope of our support.
But please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented.
Best regards,
NikkoHi LMDA07,
Yes, solution is possible.
Can you give us a link to the page shown in the screenshot? so we can take a closer look and give you css code that should work.
You can post the link in private content.Best regards,
NikkoHey mct2ok,
Can you give us a screenshot on how it looks on your end?
I tried checking it with IE 11 and Microsoft Edge but it’s not cut off on my end.Best regards,
NikkoHey Oliver,
I think it’s possible though there’s no option for that but some css codes might do it.
Please give us a link to your site and maybe some screenshots/mockups of what you’re trying to achieve so we can give more accurate css codes that should help.Best regards,
NikkoHey alwaysrome,
1. Use 1/4 Column
2. Go to the link you gave, find the Code Snippet: below then click on CSS it should open the hidden Css code.
Hope this helps.Best regards,
NikkoHi Hugues,
Glad to hear that :)
Let us know if you need further assistance or if we can close this thread.Best regards,

- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

NikkoHey adamghart,
Can you give us steps on the procedure you’ve done to do the redirection?
When I logged in to your site, I was redirected to this page (link in private content).
It seems to be working, maybe not the right page.Best regards,
NikkoHi ECOXENTREPRISES,
Thanks, I have enabled debugging and logging of errors however it doesn’t seem to work.
Can you turn on display_errors? this post might help: https://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/php-troubleshooting/troubleshoot-php-errorsBest regards,
NikkoFebruary 20, 2019 at 4:43 pm in reply to: How do I remove the comments and post date from the blog post widget #1069532Hi yifatcohen,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
I was able to check on it again and it shows properly on my end now.
Try clearing out your browser cache or ctrl + f5 when refreshing the page, it should flush out the old css and fetch the new one.Best regards,
NikkoHi Anj27,
For temporary fix, this should work:
.avia-section.av-minimum-height .container { opacity: 1 !important; }
However if you look closely on top there’s this text:
" />
which is most likely causing the issue, please try to flush out the cache then disable caching plugin temporarily, then do this:
1. Switch to a default wordpress theme like twentynineteen
2. Delete the Enfold theme
3. Upload the latest version of Enfold (enfold.zip) then set it as the active theme again.Best regards,
NikkoFebruary 20, 2019 at 3:58 pm in reply to: On single blog post page sidebar, only show post from that category #1069503Hi Steven,
As long as those conditions are met then it would toggle it’s visibility otherwise it won’t show up.
If it’s not working please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.

NikkoHi Zak,
In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product Images.
Change Thumbnail width to 400 and save.
Find, Install and Activate a plugin that regenerates images so all images will be regenerated otherwise you’ll need to re-upload product images again.Best regards,
NikkoHi condonpb,
I see, try adding this php code in functions.php:
add_filter('avf_portfolio_cpt_args', 'avf_portfolio_cpt_args_custom'); function avf_portfolio_cpt_args_custom($args) { $args['supports'] = array('title','thumbnail','excerpt','editor','comments', 'revisions', 'custom-fields' ); return $args; }
Best regards,
NikkoHi ezvisa,
The reason it shows like that is because of how wordpress process shortcodes.
When it’s in Avia Layout Builder (when added in debug area) basically those 3 av_one_third shortcode are processed as one and this way 3 1/3 column are wrapped inside a single wrapper.
While in Code Block each av_one_third shortcode is processed one by one and are not wrapped inside a single wrapper which results to 3 rows instead of 3 columns.Best regards,
NikkoHi c00p3r,
You’re welcome, glad that we could help :)
Thanks again for using Enfold and have a great day!Best regards,
NikkoHi JoeRo,
If you’re not using a child theme, do this instead:
1. Modify function-set-avia-frontend.php located in wp-content > themes > enfold > framework > php folder.
2. Find this code (line 1443-1444):add_action('wp_head','avia_debugging_info',9999999); add_action('admin_print_scripts','avia_debugging_info',9999999);
3. Replace it with:
// add_action('wp_head','avia_debugging_info',9999999); // add_action('admin_print_scripts','avia_debugging_info',9999999);
4. Save
Just a reminder though since the modification is done in the Enfold (parent) theme, you’ll need to do this again once you update Enfold.Best regards,
