You could create a second version of the section and change the order and use classes like this for each respective section so that the proper order that you desire appears on the respective device:

You would want to activate debug mode within the demo environment, then copy the shortcodes within the demo page:
You can then simply paste that within the page you are trying to build.

You have already added the css to the code block? You would want to move that to quick css, from there you if you only want to hide it on specific pages you need that pages unique id class which can be found in the browser inspector.
