Have you tried adding Rikard’s code to the very top of quick css so that it runs first? Also be sure to clear your cache a few times over.

You can set the sub-text from the main menu section. Then add the following to quick css:
#avia-menu > li > a:after { content: attr(title); position: absolute; }You may need to add further css to properly style them.
