Still no luck. Could there be a possible IP block. There must be something other than the credentials being wrong. But as an advice, if you inspect the form fields and get their id, you can simply hide them via css. This is how this issue has been solved for our users in the past.

display:none!important;
}

Be sure to clear your cache a few times over.

This was actually made by the devs via custom css. There is no snippet or ALB for it unfortunately. Perhaps you can inspect the code and css via the browser to get an idea on how they pulled it off. Thats usually a great place to start.
