Did you add to the very top of quick css so it runs first and clear the cache a few times over?

Perhaps it is just that plugin that causes the issue. You may benefit by trying another. Perhaps it will be even better than your current one and not have any conflicts. Consider the following:

Have you tried disabling all active plugins to ensure there are no scripting conflicts. Also be sure you’re running the latest version of Enfold and PHP.

Apologies, my suggestion of using the transparent header was to still use css to give it a background color and hide the logo. It doesn’t have to be transparent if that was the issue.

It looks like all the fields are hidden. Please search for and remove the following within your CSS:
#element_avia_4_1{ display:none!important; }Remove that along with the other hidden fields.
