The page-id needs to apply to all css declarations:

Did you add the code to the very top of quick css so that it runs first? Also, be sure to clear the cache a few times over.

You can change the icon colors with the following in quick css:

.iconbox_icon{
     background-color: red;
    border: 1px solid red;
}
```
Adjust the color to what you need.
