For the logo refer to the following:

Did you add the code to the very top of quick css so that it runs first? Also be sure to clear the cache a few times over.

try to import it very often, until all files are loaded fine. Are you getting errors when trying to import? You may want to ask your host to increase php upload time.

You can hide or reduce the opacity. Reducing the opacity may look cleaner. You have to target the reduced header class.
