Hi,

If you planned on using BootStrap you would essentially have to make your own custom page templates. This would be outside of the theme entirely. You can research custom page templates in the WordPress Codex

Did you add the code the very top of quick css so it runs first? Also, be sure to clear the cache a few times over.

Likely no. It would be fine if you are using custom div and styles, but if you are looking for integration with ALB elements you will run into conflicts.

Yes unfortunately, integrating BootStrap into the theme would require quite a bit of core file editing to make this work.
