Hello Victoria,
we want to find find out what blocks the automatic Enfold updates. We will try the WordPress debugging tool.
Thanks

sorry for not being clear here :) What I mean is: In WooCommerce we have Status –> Log Files. Does Enfold have something similar?
The hoster is asking for this to solve the error.
Thanks

April 2, 2020 at 1:15 pm in reply to: No automatic updates / Update manually crushes the webshop #1200160Hey guys,
we deinstalled Wordfence after our hoster couldn’t find any errors.
This had the effect that the Enfold Theme Update section now says: “Last successful check was on 2020/04/02 11:06.”
But nonetheless it says: Keine Aktualisierung verfügbar. Du verwendest die letzte Version! (4.7.3)
Just to be sure: 7.4.7 is delivered automatically, right?
Thanks

thanks for the hint. I tried that by white-listing the IP via Wordfence. IP is 104.18.252.82, right? Had no effect.
I will also talk to our provider.
Thanks!

we updated Enfold to 4.7.3 and all worked fine. Now that 4.7.4 is available I was awaiting I can update the theme via the WordPress backend, but it says: “Keine Aktualisierung verfügbar. Du verwendest die letzte Version! (4.7.3)” (no update available. Key is connected.
What can that be?
Thanks!

Update: header.php and footer.php of the child theme are OK.
But we recognized that the Plugin WP Upload Size adds several unknown HTML-Attributes to the product gallery images (as “data-o-largeimage_large”). I deactivated this plugin, and uploaded the images for the After Work Coffee Club again. The spooky HTML-attributes disappeared, now it works fine on Windows (Chrome 80.0.3987.149 and Firefox 74.0).
BUT: MacOS (Catalina) shows the same misbehaviour as before. We tested on three different devices in different networks in different locations in different browsers. So it’s no cache issue. Are there known MacOS issues?

Thank you,
Joe (for Dirk & VanDyck)This reply has been marked as private.Hi Rikard,
that unfortunately doesn’t solve the problem. I deleted the cache before, and now I deleted the entire WP Rocket plugin and all files in /wp-content/cache. One thing changed: https://vandyckkaffee.de/produkt/geschenke-bundle-cold-brew/ doesn’t work anymore.
The performance section of Enfold as well doesn’t combine JS.
I’m a bit at a loss here …
Thanks
DirkThanks Rikard, you can close this.
Yes obviously 450px wasn’t enough. After I increased to 800 all worked fine. Even hadn’t to regenerate thumbnails.
Thanks

thanks. we will do that on the weekend!
Keep you posted

Hi Mike,
thanks a lot. I found the error. The agency programmed a feature that allows the customer to order only 1 item for special products (“Probesortimente”, samples of the coffee). If I delete this code the webshop is fast again.
I think this limitation can be easily added by a plugin, so we would have a solution.
We are testing this now. Thanks again for your help!
Dirk
