Thanks mariocarabotta for raising this question again.

I am absolutely not having a ‘pop’ at Kreisi or any of the mods on this forum but as a REPLETE theme customer having asked the same question yesterday on the Replete forum it appears that the best info I can get is from the Enfold forum? (responses are far quicker) Clearly Enfold requires more time from the moderators given the numbers of this popular template since its launch but perhaps a more broad moderation of forums? (given that support is essentially one of Kreisi’s strongest selling points IMHO)

WP update compatiblity for themes might be worth considering as 3.6 was a nightmare, even if an update forum was present just to say WAIT! There just seems to be a lack of consistency at the moment.
