    Hi I can’t seem to get the banner slider to work.
    The Fullwidth Easy Slider is not working in IE9
    Please help quickly. the site is already live.

    Hi webdesignphx!

    I see 3 sliders on the homepage and they seem to share the same slides.

    I tested in IE and it works fine… please send us a screenshot of the issue you are facing so we can help you better you can upload the screenshot to imgur.com and share the link here.

    please provide us with admin access to the wordpress backend in a private message and let us know exactly how you want to setup the slider. We can help you setup like it is in our popular demos http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/

    Hi Vinay, thanks for your help
    I really need this working in IE9 because most doctors have this installed and especially my clients.
    Are you sure you tested it in windows 7 and internet explorer 9
    Here is a video from sauce labs with IE9

    you can only see the non enfold slide show.. which is the bottom one. the others are not visible.

    Hey!

    I am sorry but even Microsoft is giving up with Internet Explorer 9 and they are not providing support their selfs either.
    We can not provide support for a browser who has been declined by their developers, because it is not getting improved, while internet is getting better and better.

    Hi!

    We are very sorry for the inconvenience that this may have caused you but extended support on deprecated browsers is not something we or any theme developers can consistently maintain. New developments on the web is so fast that old browsers such as IE 9 or lower can’t keep up.

    However, I got an IE8 on my machine and the easy slider on my installation is working there. I did not get a chance to check your site because I got this error:

    Your access to this site has been limited

    Hi Ismael,
    Thanks for checking. We limited the website through wordfence only to users in the US. we had so many hacker attempts. I guess Ill just have to use the plugin slider until the doctors decide to upgrade their computers. Thanks so much for your responses. I love enfold!

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Did you check if the browser is set to compatibility mode? If yes, please disable it.
